Richcroft offers Residential Care, Individual Support Services, Family Support Services and Support Services.

How is Richcroft, Inc. funded for services?
Richcroft, Inc. is funded by the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration. Other funding comes directly from the individual receiving services, Section 8 Housing Vouchers, private donations, and fundraising initiatives.

What training is provided to staff?
All employees are provided a wide range of orientation and DDA-mandated training programs designed to maximize their understanding of people with disabilities. In addition, each employee working in a direct support capacity receives training designed to the specific needs of the people with whom they work. Some of the training each employee receives includes but is not limited to:

- Communication Skills
- Fundamental Skills
- Supporting People and Families in Making Choices
- Medication Administration Training
