Vacation Time
An employee, who is on regular full or part-time status (as opposed to sub status) working 16 hours or more each week consistently, earns vacation based on his/her length of employment with Richcroft, Inc.
Health Insurance
All full-time employees are eligible to receive health insurance through Richcroft, Inc. Information on agency health insurance will be made available during the employee's orientation.
Dental Insurance
All full-time employee's are eligible to receive dental insurance through Richcroft, Inc. The plan goes into effect the third full month following 60 days of employment.
Vision Plan
All full-time employee's are eligible in an individual or family vision plan through Richcroft, Inc. This coverage will go into effect the third full month following 60 days of employment.
Life Insurance
All active full-time employee's are eligible for a term life insurance policy and accidential death and dismemberment insurance. The value of the life insurance is equal to the employee’s annual salary. The value of the accidental death and dismemberment insurance is equal to the employee’s annual salary for accidental death, and varies between 50% and the full amount of the employee’s annual salary depending upon the severity of the dismemberment. This benefit is provided at no cost to the employee.
Short and Long Term Disability Plans
All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a short and or long term disability plan through Richcroft, Inc.
401(K) Retirement Benefit Plan
Richcroft, Inc. has a 401(K) plan through the Mutual of America Life Insurance Company. All employees are eligible for the benefit following the first year of service. Richcroft will match up to 3% of an employee contribution made during the plan year. Employer contributions are vested over a five-year period.
This plan is tax-deferred. Your voluntary contribution can be made before Federal taxes are deducted, and any earnings in the program are not considered income for tax purposes. This program may be helpful in assisting employees to save towards retirement.
State Employees Credit Union
All employees are eligible for membership in the State Employees Credit Union of Maryland (SECU). All employees can authorize automatic payroll deductions by becoming a member of the State Employees Credit Union of Maryland (SECU).
Employment Prerequisites
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- A criminal background investigation
- A valid driver’s license with less than 3 (three) points on his/her driving record
- Positive professional references
- A pre-employment drug test will be administered
